Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns of unwanted items. We have tried our best to show the truest representation of the art prints and in the spirit of being more environmentally friendly we have a no returns policy.
Original art is non-refundable.
However, if you have received a damaged or incorrect item please email us hello@specklsoflight.com.
Why no returns?
Returns are not sustainable or environmentally friendly, which is against everything we believe in! Most of the returned items are rarely resold and usually end up in landfill. Carbon emissions are a huge concern and paying for the return postage is an unnecessary headache. Our philosophy is, ‘make good choices and save yourself the time standing in the post office queues’. It might not rhyme but we think it makes perfect sense.

DAMAGED ITEMS
We are very sorry to hear your art print has arrived damaged. We try our best to make sure your items are packaged safely and the correct item is sent out but we are a team of one woman and one 4 year old so mistakes happen.
If we've made a mistake with your order or your order has been damaged during transit, we will fix it right away. Please email us hello@specklsoflight.com with details and we will reply to you within 48 hours. We would kindly ask to recycle the damaged art print accordingly.
REFUNDS
We are sorry if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving an item with proof of purchase. Please allow 30 days for your refund to be processed to the original payment method.
We only do refunds for damaged or incorrect items. We do encourage you to pass on the art prints to your friends or family if you no longer enjoy them in your space.
